The small property has berry and vegetable cultivation as well as a lot of collection in nature Of plants, berries, mushrooms, seaweed, shells and fish.

It is not a commercial operation but an ecological supplement for a disability insurance soon to be old-age insurance male sole resident on an island in the ocean off Tromsø in Norway.

We all share a lot of life with each other with visits

We sleep in our own rooms, have an early breakfast of vegetables, muesli, homemade: yogurt
, kefir, bread, cold cuts, juice, herbal tea + coffee and milk as desired.

The day's activities in the garden and nature + lunch and dinner are planned according to the weather and season.

Much of the food is home-made, and produced and collected on the island. The rest comes by ferry from the shop on the neighboring island.

Daily activities on the property and in nature are done in pairs.

There is the possibility of percussion, flute, guitar and piano playing.

We do funny and various toys and games indoors and outdoors and wonderful trips on the sea in a boat and hiking in nature.

Vidsyn is on a very exciting small island, Sandøy, outside Tromsø with 3 ferry stops a week. On Wednesday or Friday, you can fly from Oslo to Tromsø.and at 16.30 enjoy a 1/2 hour bus ride over the mountain to the ferry, with 2 hours of a wonderful experience.
You return on Sunday by ferry and enjoy a cozy mountain trip by car with friends of mine who arrange accommodation in beautiful Tromsø before you take a flight on Monday.
